Allester Engineering is excited to announce a new partnership with Canadian Strata Fund Track Solutions, aimed at delivering more integrated and forward-thinking support to strata clients across British Columbia.
Canadian Strata Fund Track Solutions (CSFTS) brings a long history of building restoration and has evolved into a leader in predictive analysis and digital asset management for strata properties. Their services include detailed building envelope assessments and the preparation of depreciation reports, which as of July 1, 2025, are mandatory for all stratas with five or more units. Allester Engineering complements this with structural assessment expertise and a practical understanding of building systems and materials.
Scott Ash-Anderson of Allester Engineering and David Koop of CSFTS got together to chat about why this partnership is such a win for homeowners. Scott explains: “The intent here is provide a team that you can trust, who is going to look out for your best interests, understands what stratas are about, what living in a strata is like, and we’re going to do our best to provide cost-effective and value services for the clients.”
He added: “One of the major problems I think for any strata is finding consultants, and having to find multiple consultants is even more challenging. So if you can go to one place and get all the consultants that you can trust in one location that’s ideal.”
David Koop of Canadian Strata Fund Track Solutions shared: “We think it’s a fantastic opportunity for our clients, for Allester’s clients, and we believe the synergy of the two companies is going to be considerably more than either one of us brings to the table on our own.”
As a team, we will set a new standard for how stratas are assessed, repaired, and future-proofed and help councils and property managers make smarter, more confident decisions about their buildings. Stay tuned for more on how this partnership will support B.C.’s evolving strata landscape!
