We enjoyed supporting the installation of solar panels on the roof of the Coldstream Community Hall, working alongside Roost Solar to help bring renewable energy to this beautiful and well-loved local space. Used frequently for events like weddings, conferences, parties and community gatherings, having the hall run on solar power will benefit many in the Okanagan community.
With the hall having been built recently, we were able to access the original structural drawings and efficiently confirm that the roof could safely support the added weight of the solar panels. We are seeing more solar projects across all of British Columbia and we’re proud to be playing a role in helping communities made sustainable choices for the future.
